Employment

We are currently looking to supplement our existing leadership with individuals who are entrepreneurial, recognized national experts and, if from academia, well-published. These individuals are expected to be PhDs or senior engineers with existing research programs and support. A demonstrated record in obtaining patents and succeeding in commercial activities is essential.

Living in Logan

Located in the scenic Cache Valley approximately 90 miles north of Salt Lake City, Logan is surrounded by the steep Wellsville Mountains on the west and the Bear River Range on the east. Logan's city center is characterized by tree-lined streets and restored historic buildings with Center Street designated a National Historic District. Cache Valley prides itself on its low crime rate and safe, strong sense of community.

Cache Valley offers geological and scenic attractions, a rich pioneer legacy, four seasons of recreational opportunities, an eclectic festival and events calendar, and numerous dining and lodging choices. Hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, fishing, camping, Nordic and alpine skiing, and acres of natural and groomed snowmobiling are in Cache Valley's backyard; most types of outdoor recreation are located within a 20-minute drive of Logan.
